So what makes it special? For those that tow often or for any sort of distance, PWC trailers leave a lot to be desired. Not to mention for those who store it outside, aluminum doesn’t rust. Back to the benefits of our new Traveler Series. For starters, did you know most of them have bias ply 12” tires, with a maximum speed rating of 45 normally or 65mph with radials? 45-65mph? Not ours, 106mph! Now sure, some HD models have 13’s. Ever tried to find a 13” tire after popping one on a holiday weekend? Ours have 14” radials, the most standard size in terms of availability, but the only single PWC we’ve came across with “big boy tires.” Also, most every competitive model has 1 of 2 axles. Either a 900 lbs or 1500 lbs spring axle. Spring axles are common, ride stiff, but nothing wrong with them. That being said, have you ever towed a single spring axle trailer without weight on it? No matter the tow vehicle, it will wear you apart from the vibration. Our trailer has galvanized 2000 lbs smooth riding torsion axles. There is no comparison. Overkill? Absolutely. Kind of like our frame and cross members. Instead of 3/16” angle we use full 1/4” 3x3” cross members, 3x3 double hollow tongue, all stainless hardware, sealed LED lighting with custom treat plate housings, double 15” step fenders, safety chains, swingle jack, double u bolt bunk supports, tread plate fenders, custom winch post, full frame protection, 3 year warranty, and much more!
